CIMB Cares

CIMB Customers who test positive for COVID-19 will be granted a financial assistance of PHP10,000 to help with their needs.

How to avail of the financial assistance

STEP 1

Send an email to relief@cimb.com containing a copy of your Medical Record that states your COVID-19 test result, your mobile number, and email address. 

STEP 2

Wait for your submitted documents to be verified by our team.

STEP 3

Check your deposit account within 3 business days after submission of documents to see if your financial aid was credited. 

Remarks

  • Open to all CIMB customers with an existing deposit account.
  • Eligible customers may receive the PHP10,000 financial aid a maximum of one time (1x) only, and it will be credited within three (3) business days after submission of documents.
  • Eligible customers who submit all required documents will receive the financial aid as long as their account is active and not closed.
  • Direct employees of CIMB Bank PH are not qualified to join the promo.
