I just opened a GSave account. I did not receive any SMS with instructions with my temporary user name and password to the CIMB Bank PH app. What should I do?
If you did not receive an SMS with your temporary login credentials, click 'Forgot' on the login page of CIMB Bank PH app and select 'I forgot my password'. You will be asked to perform the steps below:
Step 1: Key in your email address registered with GSave.
Step 2: A security code will be sent to your email address. Key in that security code in the app.
Step 3: Reset your password.
Step 4: Key in the OTP sent to your registered mobile number with GSave.
Step 5: Login to the app using your temporary username (which is your registered mobile number) and the password you just reset.
