I opened my GSave account before August 16, 2019. I did not receive any SMS with instructions with my temporary user name and password to the CIMB Bank PH app. What should I do?
CIMB is releasing the login credentials of existing GSave users in batches. We will finish providing all temporary credentials within the next few months. If you still have not received yours by then, kindly call our hotline #2462 and report this to any customer care agent. We will then log this and will seek to provide you with your credentials at the soonest time possible.
