What happens when my Fast Plus/UpSave Account is dormant?

If your Fast Plus Account/UpSave Account is dormant, it means you have not transacted with your account for 24 months. In this case, you won't be able to receive funds or transfer funds out. Your debit card (if you have a Fast Plus Account) will also be LOCKED, which means you won't be able to use it for transactions. If you wish to continue using your account and debit card, you can reactivate your account again in the app.
