If you wish to close your account, simply follow the steps below:
Products > My Accounts > Current Balance > i
View your account details and Tap Other Action > "I'm Sure"
Your account will close successfully
If you encounter a notification indicating that the account closure could not be performed, it can mean one of the following reasons:
You still have remaining balance in your account
You still have pre-authorized debit transactions, which have not been cleared
In order to close your account, you must ensure that the two criteria have been met. If you have active scheduled fund transfers, closing your account will automatically cancel those scheduled transactions.
