Why is my account being charged fees?

There should be no fees charged to your account unless:

  1. You've requested to replace your debit card, in which PHP150.00 will be deducted from your account, or
  2. Your account is dormant, which means you will be charged PHP30.00 per month starting your 61st month of inactivity

If you have been charged a fee that is not related to any of the above, please call our Customer Care Team by dialing #CIMB (#2462) on your phone.
