If the status of your Fast Account is dormant, it's because your account has expired and you will need to upgrade to a Fast Plus Account. To upgrade to a Fast Plus Account, simply follow the steps below:
- Tap Products > Apply for Product > Upgrade to Fast Plus Account
- Fill in the required details, and go through our virtual verification process
- Upon successful verification, you will be upgraded to a Fast Plus Account
If the status of your Fast Plus or UpSave Account is dormant, it's because there has been no user activity in the last 24 months. To re-activate your UpSave Account, simply follow the steps below:
- Products > My Accounts > Current Balance
- View your account details and tap on Status > Reactivate Account
- Input your First Name and Mother's Maiden Name
- Input the OTP sent to your mobile number
- The account will be successfully reactivated
