I didn't receive CIMB Bank PH App temporary login credential via SMS. What should I do?

Have you cashed-in to your GSave account? The temporary login credential will be sent to you once you have successfully made your first cash-in! 

 

If you have successfully cashed-in but still haven't received the temporary login credential, don't worry! You can still link your GSave account to CIMB Bank PH App even when you did not receive SMS on temporary login credential. Follow these simple steps:

 

  1. Download and launch the CIMB Bank PH App
  2. Tap on "Link my GSave Account" 
  3. Tap on "I don't have temporary login credentials"
  4. Check if you fit the criteria for receiving temporary credentials, if you do, tap on "set up my password"
  5. Key in the email address you used to register your GSave account
  6. Key in the security code sent to your email address and reset your password
  7. Use the 6-digit OTP sent to your GSave registered mobile number
  8. Then, input your temporary username*
  9. Create your desired username and complete the required information (you will be using these credentials to login to the CIMB Bank PH app)
  10. Key in the 6-digit OTP sent to your GSave registered mobile number
  11. Verify your registered email address
  12. Create your 6-digit MPIN (you will be using this for transaction authentication)

 

*Mobile number starts with 9 (Example: 9876543212)

 

And you're all done!
