To cash-out from your CIMB Bank PH app, you can follow the steps below:
1) Tap Cash-out > Create Request
2) Input the amount, and select the account you want to cash-out from
3) Confirm the cash-out details, and key in your 6-digit MPIN
4) Once verified, a unique (6-digit alphanumeric code) reference code will be generated
5) Take a screenshot of the reference code
6) Present the 6-digit code to the nearest participating Bayad Center along with 2 Valid IDs. Please note that the name written on the ID must match the account holder name.
