If you are attempting to log-in to the app on a different device you've originally signed up on, you will need to go through the device change process. To change your device, simply follow the steps below:
- Log in on the new device
- Tap on CHANGE DEVICE on the notification to confirm the device change
- Input the security code sent to your email address
- Your new device will be updated immediately
