My biometric is not working.

Please ensure that the following has been met: 

  1. Biometric login is available on iPhone with Touch ID or Face ID, and Android devices that are running Android 6.0 and above with Fingerprint feature. 
  2. If you're using Face ID, please ensure CIMB Bank PH has permission to use Face ID feature.
  3. Ensure you have registered your fingerprint / face in your device settings.
