My biometric is not working.

Please ensure that the following has been met:

  1. Biometric login is available on iPhone with Touch ID or Face ID and Android devices that are running Android 6.0 and above with Fingerprint feature.
  2. If you're using Face ID, please ensure CIMB Bank PH has permission to use Face ID feature.
  3. Ensure you have registered your fingerprint/face in your device settings.



Should you still encounter any error, please call our hotline #2462 and report this to any customer care agent. We will then log this and request for a screenshot of the error before getting back to you on the solution.
