What is the one device policy?

The one-device policy is one of our security measures to ensure that your account is tagged to only one device at any single point in time. Hence, if someone is attempting to log in with your username and password on a different device, they would have to go through the "change device" process and input a security code, which will only be sent to your registered email address.


However, if wish to log in to a different device, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in on the new device
  2. Tap on CHANGE DEVICE on the notification to confirm the device change
  3. Input the security code sent to your email address
  4. Your new device will be updated immediately

 

If you have not completed your first onboarding process, the change device process would be as follows:

  1. Log in on the new device
  2. Tap on CHANGE DEVICE on the notification confirming the device change
  3. Input the OTP sent to your mobile number
  4. Your new device will be updated immediately
