I can't seem to request for a debit card replacement? (Why can't I request for a debit card replacement?)

There could be 2 reasons why your request to replace your debit card was denied:

  1. You just activated your debit card within the last 10 days, you will not be able to request for a new card. However, if you lost your card, you can request for a replacement through the app. Your debit card replacement application will then be processed.
  2. Your account balance is less than PHP150.00, which is the fee to replace a card.
