My debit card doesn't seem to be working.

Check your settings under "My Card" to ensure that you have enabled your debit card to perform transactions. To enable each debit card transaction function, tap on the toggle button and wait for it to turn RED. To disable the function, tap on the same toggle button and wait for it to turn gray. For POS transactions, CIMB debit card can only be used at merchants that accept Visa cards. If your transaction was processed using a terminal that does not accept VISA, it will be declined. However, there are terminals that can accept both Visa and other brands. In that case, please ask the merchant to process the transaction through VISA.
