The status of my debit card is LOCKED. What should I do?

There are a few reasons why your card status might be LOCKED. This can be due to:

  1. Wrong input of the last 4 digits of your debit card 10 times.
  2.  Expiry of Fast Account. To unlock, simply upgrade to a Fast Plus Account.
  3. Suspected fraudulent transactions with your card.
