What if I've changed my mailing address after I've requested for a replacement on my mobile app?

In the event of a change of address, you will have to replace your card again. Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Products > My Card > Lost Card > Permanently Deactivate and Replace Card
  2.  Select the reason for deactivating your card
  3. Update and confirm your present address

Your new debit card will then be processed.

For debit card replacements, a fee of PHP 150.00 will be debited from your account.
