Your REVI Credit may be blocked due to the following reasons:
1) Late payment of statement balance due / minimum payment due one (1) day after the statement due date
2) The ID or Selfie Check was found to be inconsistent with our guidelines, thus, you were asked to redo the virtual verification
3) A change in your risk profile, thus, you were asked to submit source of income information
If you have submitted #2 or #3 but failed the review, your credit limit will remain blocked until you have cleared the current balance of your REVI Credit. Once the current balance is paid off, your REVI Credit account will be closed. Depending on the review, you may or may not be allowed to apply for REVI Credit again.
