I have 1 GSave account and 1 CIMB account on 2 different mobile numbers. What should I do?
You would have to choose 1 account to keep. We only allow 1 GSave account per client. Please call our hotline #2462 and inform our customer care agent that which GSave account you would like to keep. Should you wish to keep your GSave account, we will need to work with you to be able to link your GSave account to the CIMB Bank PH app.
