I generated my barcode successfully but upon scanning the barcode, POS is rejecting my payment.

Here's what you can do if this happens to you:

  1. Check the expiry date of the barcode -- make sure it's still valid. If it has already expired, please generate a new cash-in request.
  2. Make sure that the reference or barcode has not been used yet
