My cash-in transaction failed and I received an error message "Amount exceeds the cumulative deposit limit".

If you've received this error message, it means you have reached the maximum deposit limit of your Fast Account. Please upgrade to a Fast Plus Account to enjoy the full benefits of our savings account such as a higher interest rate for savings, no maximum limit on balances, and longer account validity!

 

  1. Log in 
  2. Go to PRODUCTS > APPLY FOR PRODUCT 
  3. Select UPGRADE TO A FAST PLUS ACCOUNT 
  4. Fill in the required fields 
  5. Confirm or re-upload your valid ID 
  6. Upload a photo of your signature or simply sign directly on the app 
  7. Complete the Virtual Verification process 
  8. Upon successful verification, you will be upgraded to a Fast Plus Account
