What do I do if my ATM withdrawal fails but I still get debited?

If your ATM withdrawal fails and your account is debited please call the CIMB Bank hotline at #2462 (#CIMB) and provide the supporting documents (i.e. ATM receipt, or ATM error message).

 

After the investigation, if chargeback is required, CIMB Bank will return your funds within 7 to 10 banking days.
