I transferred funds but it was not reflected in the account.

1) If it's a fund transfer from a CIMB account to another CIMB account, the transaction should be reflected immediately. 

 

2) For Pesonet: Transfers placed before 1:15 PM cut off will be settled until 11:59PM  within the same day. Transfers placed after 1PM will be settled up to 11:59PM on the next banking day.  Transfers placed during holiday and weekends will be settled up to 11:59 PM on next banking day.

 

3) For Dragonpay: Transfers placed before 1PM cut off will be settled until 11:59PM  within the same day. Transfers placed after 1PM will be settled up to 11:59PM on the next banking day. Transfers placed during holiday and weekends will be settled up to 11:59 PM on next banking day.

 

We suggest waiting until the end of day before checking the account. If it's still not reflected by then, please call our Customer Care Team by dialing #CIMB (#2462) on your phone or raise a Give Us Feedback form in Help Center portion on CIMB Bank PH mobile app.
