I transferred funds but it was not reflected in the account.

  1. If it's a fund transfer from a CIMB account to another CIMB account, the transaction should be reflected immediately. 

  2. If it's a fund transfer from a CIMB account to another bank via Dragon pay, transactions made after 1:00 PM will only be reflected the following business day. If the fund transfer was made on a Friday after 1:00 PM or on a weekend, the transaction will be reflected the following Monday.

    We suggest waiting until the end of day before checking the account. if it's still not reflected by then, please contact us via Email, Call, Live Chat or Raise An Issue. Make sure you have all the necessary transaction details, which may include transaction date, time, reference number and amount, for our reference.
