Got your temporary credentials? Here's how to link your account
IMPORTANT: You must receive an SMS from us with your temporary credentials in order to perform the steps below. If you haven’t received your temporary credentials and can’t perform Forgot Password, please contact us via #2462 and chat with one of our Customer Service representatives on how to get your credentials.
Go to the CIMB Bank PH app and log in using your temporary credentials sent to you via SMS.
Your username should be your phone number without the zero. (Ex: 9172330210)
Fill in the required information including desired username and password.
Key in the six-digit OTP sent to your mobile number.
Wait for the verification link sent to your email.
Forgot your temporary credentials? Here’s how you can reset
Go to the CIMB Bank PH app and tap "Forgot?" on the log in screen then select Forgot Password. Key in the email address you used to register your GSave account.
Key in the security code sent to your email and reset your password. Use the six-digit OTP sent to your GSave registered mobile number to verify.
Log in using your mobile number without the zero and new password. (Ex: 9172330210)
