Job Description

1) Manage agency performance and productivity

2) Meet performance target as per assigned portfolio

3) Manage all agency operations related matter, including endorsement, enquiries, waiver, setoff, charge-off

4) Manage customer complaints until resolution

5) Manage agency controls and due diligence to ensure agency is in compliance

6) Manage partners and stakeholders on day to day function

7) Generate reports on the overall agency performance of the assigned portfolio

8) Execute assigned collections strategies 

9) Submission of all deliverables on time

10) Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time

  • Proactive
  • Meticulous and accuracy in work quality
  • Able to multi task
  • Good inter personal skills in interacting with internal and external customers& stakeholders
