Job Description

  • Manage Collections MIS, productivity and performance reporting to line manager and higher Management
  • Manage Collections presentation materials
  • Manage all Collections project related 
  • Manage Collections dialler including accounts assignment
  • Manage blasting of reminder SMS, email and IVR as per collections strategy
  • Manage blasting of Notice of Endorsement 
  • Manage end to end operations and tracking of waiver accounts, including liasing with QA team for QA check
  • Manage end to end operations and tracking for setoff
  • Manage end to end operations and tracking for charge-off
  • Compliance of both internal and external of all guidelines, controls and policies for Collections

Qualification

  • Preferably with a minimum 2 years experience in Retail Collections from Banking, fintech, or other related industrie
