Job Description

  •  Lead, coach, and develop the In-house Collections team in performing the tasks assigned to them
  • Endorse accounts to In-house Collections team 
  • Monitor and initiate prompt and appropriate action and follow up for all assigned accounts as needed 
  • Develop and execute collections strategies and/or initiatives to achieve the team’s KPIs
  • Analyse delinquent accounts and prepare collections reports and analysis to be presented to the Management 
  • Set the monthly targets of each Collection Analyst with the concurrence of the Collections Head
  • Conduct one on one coaching to each Collection Analyst regarding their performance
  • Perform call monitoring to ensure that calls are adherence to the Group Collection Standards 
  • Help the Collections Head in cascading new policies and initiatives to the team
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to tim


  • Preferably 3 years work experience in Collections as team lead, ideally handling Bank consumer products
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
