Job Description

QA Operations

- Conducts quality assurance checking on approved and rejected applications which is subjected to credit policies,

guidelines, test programs and operational processes

- Performs check on systems to verify correctness of details processed by Analyst

- Perform check on the readiness and process roll out of any new policies/ test programs by Credit to ensure it

comply with the requirement

- Addresses Credit Analyst’s performance based on the quality check performed by QA Analyst

- Conducts quality assurance checking on Collections waivers which is subjected to approved delegated authority

- Generate report for QA findings

- Timeliness in performing task without compromising the quality of deliverable/ output

- Ensures transparency in QA checking

- Provide guidance on the work of the other members of the QA team

 

Compliance

- Adheres to credit policies, test programs, guidelines, and operational processes set by the management

- Checks if sampled processed applications adhere to credit policies, test programs, guidelines, and operational

processes set by the management

- Provides relevant inputs and improvements on existing policies, guidelines, and operational processes

 

Adhoc

- Facilitates training or review on QA processes or findings

- Generate reports as requested

- Undertakes any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in unsecured lending or related Credit/QA discipline
  • Meticulous, keen to process and details
