Main responsiblility will be support severity 1-3 issues that require adhoc data extraction; reconcile and investigate data gaps; evaluate data flows; test data analytics intiatives and data flow pipelines; and monitor and execute job schedules/runs
Supports QA in conducting UAT tests and impact assessment for data at the back-end whenever a new technology or release is made by IT Service Delivery
Perform data investigation and reconciliation across different systems, platforms, and databases
Apply performance tuning and script optimization to reduce computational load and improve run time
Collaborates with data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts in mapping out dependencies and dataflows

Document and update data dictionary, ER diagrams, and database management tools as needed
Notifies stakeholders in case there are issues encountered for data anlaytics solutions already in production
Investigates the rootcause of data operation issues and provide recommendations on how to resolve and mitigate
Supports data quality clean-up activities and provide reports to improve the DQI index across different data domains
Qualification
More than 3 years experience in data operations, database management, testing, quality and/or data governance
Expertise in Database Management (SQL, Hadoop, Hive)
Experienced in documentation and data quality tools
