Responsible for the inception and execution of deposit campaigns to drive both activation and growth
Responsible for ensuring the fulfiment of the different campaigns and deposit programs
Responsible for ensuring the necessary deposits policies and procedures are updated and relevant
Responsible to provide consistent reporting of High Risk customers and ECDD actions taken
Responsible to update Deposits CIM tracker
Responsible in maitaining Products RCSA list
Responsible in preparing periodic performace update to Management
Closely working together with other teams in the organization to enable various policies and procedures, specifically, Marketing, FInance and Operations
Assist the team in reaching company's financial goals for Deposits
Provide relevant training to frontliners for the proper management of customer inquiries and complains
Qualification
Graduate of any business course
Have at least 5 years experience working in deposit product management/digital product/product management in general
Must have knowledge in regulatory areas concerning deposits product
