Job Description

  • Managed and meet the portfolio delinquencies and collections as per assigned target
  • Manage the operations and implementation of collection strategy including all systems related to Collections, with success measure 
  • Manage team performance including productivity and target setting
  • Management of external service providers including the performance management and outsourcing compliance
  • Management of partners including the performance, operations and controls
  • Ensure compliance of both internal and external of all guidelines, controls and policies for Collections
  • Manage all Collections operations related matter, including management of delinquent accounts, processes as per Collections SOP, processes improvement 
  • Pro-active process improvement to improve productivity and management of the Collections
  • Collections performance reporting including analysis of performance
  • Manage all resource management related matters including succession planning
