Job Description

  • Conduct weekly Coaching & Feedback sessions for Management Team
  • Conduct day to day functioning/administrative work including production floor management.
  • Take supervisor/escalated calls and assist customers BAU.
  • Ensure delivery of all business metrics as per goals and internal/external SLA’s.
  • Raise issues real time and ability to tell a story so stakeholders can easily understand and help us fix it.
  • Create escalation to different business Units to resolve complex cases

Qualification

  • Experienced working in a call center setting (local or international)
  • Experienced in leading a team
