Job Description

  • Prospecting for potential partnerships and opportunities to grow or enable CIMB (acquisition and infrastructure partnerships)
  • 7 – 10 years of strong account management experience, executing functional and technical integrations across fintech’s/high growth organizations.
  • Establishing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with partners
  • Execute all partnership activities by working with internal and partner groups such as legal, compliance, product, technology, and marketing
  • Approach the partnership and business development role with a numbers mind-set
  • Measure, analyse, and develop insights on all partnership activities
  •  Optimize all partnership efforts and results
  • Ensure all CIMB partners adhere to specified SLAs and BCP practices
  • Negotiate and see all contracts with partners through execution
  • Conceptualize opportunities and map out all customer journeys, flows, and touchpoints
  • Utilize technology teams efficiently and productively
  • Adhere to all regulatory bodies for any partnership structures

Qualification

  • Masters/Bachelors in any field
  • 8+ years of overall experiecne with at least 5 years in a Account Management role
  • Experience in Banking and Fintechs
