Job Description

 
  • Responsible for overall mobile experience for Mobile App; including benchmarking 
  • Lead customer discovery exercises for the mobile app- for new features, products, app facelift. SME in identifying users’ segments and needs, design objectives, create a plan on how to reach them, conduct research (user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing), and provide analysis of results.
  • Mentor insights and experience teams, communicates with the whole team, presents their thoughts and ideas to the company’s leaders, and makes sure ensure design strategy is aligned to overall organization strategy.
  • Overall Content strategy to ensure mobile app is not cluttered, balancing requirements from growth and engagement teams; as well as cross functional teams; marketing, products
  • Review and sign off user stories for the Mobile App
  • Co owner for DC strategy, roadmap and introduction of new revenue opportunities for the Bank
