BUSINESS OPERATIONS HEAD

• Develop and enforce sound SOPs with minimal process gaps whilst mitigating operational risk. Create a strong workforce by 
• developing competent individuals in operations team.
• Oversee daily or weekly recon and settlements for partner services and any other reconciliation to ensure due process, accuracy, 
• accounts net off against GL and accountability in accordance. 
• Create and implement long term operation plan to ensure continuity of operations whilst improving operations efficiency.
• Ensure customers data are protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing controlled access rights and verification 
• levels. Participate and help develop business impact analysis to protect business operations in the event of major crises that could result 
• in huge losses.
• Collaborate with respective heads of other units to develop best practices for more effective banking operations. Delegate tasks to 
• members of the operations team on new or enhancement requirements.
• Develop and define KPI, SLA, and KRI for the operations team deliverables.
• Providing guidance and leadership in project management and deliverables for the bank in achieving high quality planning, 
• deployment and implementation strategy.
• Constantly providing inputs and guidance towards management committee whilst having oversight on governance, compliance and 
• risk management
• Manage the Card Operations and Embossing process of the bank
• Perform DCORO functions and maintain a strong risk-culture in the tea

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or other Business related course;

- at least 7 years work experience preferably in a Financial or Banking industry;
