Job Description

  • Manage all technical operations on IT systems, including the underlying infrastructure as well as applications; 
  • Manage middleware;
  • Ensure verification and integration of software;
  • Manage the configuration and deployment of software;
  • Provide level 2 support for all IT systems and applications as well as rostering of technical support for levels 2;
  • Develop and implement his/her domain’s strategy, objectives, and work program; and manage its activities and resources (budget and personnel);
  • Improve service levels and cost efficiency;
  • Ensure technical staff is trained and certified and aware of latest technology developments.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with stakeholders
  • Adhere to bank’s code of conduct/code of ethics
  • Other responsibilities/tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification

  • University/College - Graduate of IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or in another related field
