Job Description

Manage all technical operations on IT systems, including the underlying infrastructure as well as applications;
Manage middleware;
Ensure verification and integration of software;
Manage the configuration and deployment of software;
Provide level 2 support for all IT systems and applications as well as rostering of technical support for levels 2;
Develop and implement his/her domain’s strategy, objectives, and work program; and manage its activities and resources (budget and personnel);
Improve service levels and cost efficiency;
Ensure technical staff is trained and certified and aware of latest technology developments.
Build and maintain good relationship with stakeholders
Adhere to bank’s code of conduct/code of ethics
Other responsibilities/tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification

University/College - Graduate of IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or in another related field
