Job Description

  • Create and implement best practice purchasing vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance
  • Develop a sound outsourcing governance and third-party management that is aligned to regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness of purchasing process within the organization.
  • Develop an overall vendor base which creates and sustains a competitive advantage leveraging spends and leveraging technologies 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a supplier relationship and evaluation process to measure effective supplier performance and compliance
  • Act as point of leadership for purchasing and outsourcing processes and new projects and activities.
  • Provide leadership to departments under control. Coach, mentor and develop direct reports

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 7 years of experience
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Work experience involving:
    • Dispute Resolution
    • Negotiations
    • Contract and Vendor
    • Management
    • Strategic Sourcin
