Job Description

Create and implement best practice purchasing vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance
Develop a sound outsourcing governance and third-party management that is aligned to regulatory requirements.
Ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness of purchasing process within the organization.
Develop an overall vendor base which creates and sustains a competitive advantage leveraging spends and leveraging technologies
Develop, implement, and maintain a supplier relationship and evaluation process to measure effective supplier performance and compliance
Act as point of leadership for purchasing and outsourcing processes and new projects and activities.
Provide leadership to departments under control. Coach, mentor and develop direct reports

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent professional experience
At least 7 years of experience
Stakeholder Management
- Work experience involving:
- Dispute Resolution
- Negotiations
- Contract and Vendor
- Management
