How to Qualify

All existing and new CIMB Depositors are eligible to get 4% p.a.

To qualify for the 8% p.a., must be an existing CIMB Bank PH customer who opened their account/s for more than 60 calendar days at the start of the qualifying month.

Reward

Get 4% p.a. for your first Php200,000 Average Daily Balance (ADB) inclusive of base rate.

Earn 8% p.a. interest rate on your incremental ADB growth compared to the previous month. The 8% is inclusive of other promo/base rate for incremental ADB growth–no ADB growth cap.

Eligibility and Mechanics

*the total interest given will be equivalent to 8% p.a. for incremental ADB growth

Must have at least one active and unblocked UpSave and/or GSave account. Fast and Fast Plus accounts are not eligible.
Earn 4% p.a. for your existing Average Daily Balance (ADB) by just maintaining your balance with us. This is only applicable for your first Php200,000 ADB. Excess of Php200,000 ADB will earn the regular base rates of 2.5% for UpSave and 2.6% for GSave.
8% p.a. interest rate will be applicable to the Total Average Daily balance (ADB) growth compared from the previous month’s ADB – no ADB growth cap. The 8% p.a. is only applicable to customers who have opened their accounts more than 60 days with the bank at the start of the qualifying month.
- This reward is inclusive of other promo rate (i.e. 4% p.a.) and regular base rates of 2.5% for UpSave and 2.6% for GSave account, such that the total reward given to the customer for any incremental ADB growth will be 8% p.a.
For customers who have multiple UpSave and/or GSave accounts with CIMB Bank, the interest rate reward will be computed based on the qualifying month’s Total Average Daily Balance (ADB) for UpSave and/or GSave accounts.
The reward will be credited to their respective accounts within fourteen (14) business days after the qualifying month.
To calculate Average Daily Balances, customer must sum all their balances at the end of each day for the qualifying month and divide by the total number of days in the qualifying month.
