Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Call delinquent loan borrowers

2. Process ticket requests of customers via Ameyo

3. Endorse accounts for waiver

4. Endorse accounts for SMS sending

5. Resolve complaints

6. Probe other contact number thru character reference

7. Perform skip tracin

Qualification

  •  With at least 1 year of working experience in the related field preferably in banking or financial services
