Important Update on Lazada PayLater powered by CIMB.

 

Dear Valued Customer,

 

Please be advised that Lazada PayLater powered by CIMB will be discontinued effective March 31, 2026.

 

Customers with existing balances may continue to view and settle their payments through the Lazada app until their balances are fully paid.

 

Despite these changes, please note the following:

 Existing balances remain payable. You can continue to view your outstanding balance and monthly bills in the Lazada app and make payments there as you normally would.

• New purchases will no longer be available. Starting March 31, 2026, Lazada PayLater powered by CIMB can no longer be used for new purchases.

• Your account remains active if you have unpaid balances. This allows you to continue viewing your dues and completing your repayments.

 

If you wish to continue using Lazada PayLater for purchases, you may visit the Lazada PayLater page on the Lazada app to view available options. You may also check the Lazada website for more details.

We remain committed to providing Filipinos with secure, reliable, and rewarding banking services.

Lazada PayLater powered by CIMB is closing. What happens to my balances?

Your account and all remaining balances on Lazada PayLater powered by CIMB are still payable on the Lazada app until balances are fully paid off.

What will happen to my Lazada PayLater account? Will I lose access to Lazada PayLater?

From 31 March 2026, you will no longer be able to use your account to make purchases. Your account remains active should there be any unpaid balances. To continue using Lazada PayLater for your purchases, you may visit the Lazada PayLater page.

Where can I see my outstanding balances and monthly dues?

You can continue to see your monthly bills on the Lazada app like you are able to today. You can also make repayments on the Lazada app.
