Just follow these steps:
Step 1: Log on the CIMB Bank PH app, click the Menu button and tap Help Center.
Step 2: Tap the Need Help? button
Step 3: Select the category for your concern and the account you need help with. Then, provide a detailed description of your concern.
Step 4: Upload screenshots or screen recordings of your concern if needed then click Submit
Step 5: You've successfully submitted your concern. Our Customer Care Team will work on your ticken and will give you updates on the CIMB Bank PH app.
For immediate concerns such as lost or stolen CIMB debit card and unauthorized transaction concerns, please call our Customer Care Team at #2462 (#CIMB) or (+632) 8924-2462 on your phone.
