How do I make a bill payment?

Pay bills through your CIMB Bank PH mobile app by following the steps below: 

 

1) Tap Pay bills > Biller category > Desired biller

 

2) Fill in all the required details, and confirm your payment.

When will my payment be credited if I pay my bills today?

There is a cut off time of 8 PM. Bill payments done after the cut-off time will be settled on the next working day.

What happens if my bill payment fails?

The amount you wanted to pay will be returned to your account.

How can I Buy Load on the CIMB Bank PH app?

To buy load on the CIMB Bank PH mobile app:

 

 

 

1) Tap Buy Load

 

2) Input a valid mobile number or select from your contact list by tapping on the icon on the right.

 

3) Select your desired load amount > Account  > Confirm payment

Are there any fees to Buy Load?

No, we do not charge any fees for load purchase.
