Collections Team Leader/Officer (Revi Credit)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1) Lead, coach, and develop the In-house Collections team in performing the tasks assigned to them

2) Endorse accounts to In-house Collections team 

3) Monitor and initiate prompt and appropriate action and follow up for all assigned accounts as needed 

4) Develop and execute collections strategies and/or initiatives to achieve the team’s KPIs

5) Analyse delinquent accounts and prepare collections reports and analysis to be presented to the Management 

6) Set the monthly targets of each Collection Analyst with the concurrence of the Collections Head

7) Conduct one on one coaching to each Collection Analyst regarding their performance

8) Perform call monitoring to ensure that calls are adherence to the Group Collection Standards 

9) Help the Collections Head in cascading new policies and initiatives to the team

10) Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to tim
