Product Manager SME

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for driving lending products’ designs and propositions

2. Manage product related project end to end (including requirement preparation, third party negotiation, and project managing together with relevant departments)

3. Responsible for ensuring the necessary credit policies and procedures are updated and relevant

4. Responsible to do handle fixes and problem solving on production bugs related to product area

5. Responsible in maintaining RCSA list for lending product

6. Responsible to liaise with different partners for product innovation

7. Responsible in preparing periodic performance update to management

8. Closely working together with other teams in the organization to enable various policies and procedures, specifically, Marketing, Finance, Credit Operations, Collections, Decision Management and Operations

9. Assist the team in reaching company’s financial goals for lending product

10. Maintaining key matrixes related to product team (i.e : P&L, Complaints, ENR, etc)
