Job Description

 
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the bank's objectives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to bank leadership on HR-related matters, including employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a business partner or strategic HR role within the banking or financial services industry.
