Job Description

  • Drive bank's strategies and long-term plan to build best-in-class digital experience for CIMB PH Mobile Banking App.
  • Responsible for developing and gathering business requirements, solution design, user story writing, and conceptualization of user journeys and UI/UX. 
  • Conduct Customer Discovery / user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and other relevant business units throughout the process.
  • Regular evaluation of product's usability and recommend changes to improve user experience.
  • Partner with IT to manage and monitor progression of all digital projects, ensuring that IT delivers capabilites on time and per expectation.
  • Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development.
  • Work with Marketing team to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, potential risks, and other issues that may arise during development process to stakeholders.
  • Responsible for investigation process of customer complaints related to digital experience, ensuring that problems are correctly identified, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for defects management and ensure defects are appropriately tended to and fixed in a timely manner. 

Qualification

 
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital product management / ownership or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field
