Testing Engineer Automation

The Software Quality Assurance & Testing Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and applications.
This individual is responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans, as well as identifying, reporting, and tracking defects to ensure that software products meet or exceed customer expectations.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software products and applications.
Collaborate with software developers and project managers to ensure that testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle.
Identify, report, and track software defects using bug tracking software and ensure that defects are resolved.
Perform regression testing to ensure that software changes do not adversely impact existing functionality.
Develop and maintain test automation scripts to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing efforts.
Analyze software performance and identify areas for improvement.
Document and communicate test results and provide recommendations for software improvements.
Ensure compliance with relevant software quality assurance standards and regulations.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and executing test plans and test cases.
Experience with bug tracking software and defect management processes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with software developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle models, such as Agile and Waterfall.
