CIMB Bank PH is now on Viber!

CIMB Bank PH is now on Viber! Beginning November 2025, you will start receiving the majority of your notifications and messages from our verified Viber accounts. Messages will appear in your Business Inbox on Viber for your convenience.

 

To receive Viber notifications, make sure your Viber account is active and linked to your registered mobile number. For a more seamless experience, we recommend downloading and activating Viber on your device.

 

Some alerts, such as One-Time Passwords (OTPs) and security notifications, will continue to be sent via SMS and/or email.  Please ensure that your registered mobile number and email are active and updated to receive these notifications.  Make sure your CIMB-registered mobile number is linked to your Viber account so you never miss an update.    

 

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please remember that CIMB will never send hyperlinks in any message, whether via Viber or SMS.
