CIMB PH resolves unauthorized funds transfer for affected customers on a timely basis

 

April 27, 2025 – CIMB Bank Philippines would like to assure our customers that the incident of unauthorized fund transfers on the night of April 26 has been resolved.

 

All affected customers have had their funds returned. The Bank would like to emphasize that its core banking system and customer data remain secure and uncompromised. Protecting customers' security continues to be the Bank's highest priority.

 

We regret the inconvenience this incident may have caused and are taking all necessary steps to strengthen our systems further.
