Advisory on Updated REVI Billing Date

Dear Valued REVI Customer, 

 

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide a smoother and more transparent billing experience, we would like to inform you of an update to your REVI billing schedule.

 

Please check your email for your new statement cut-off date.

 

While we complete this transition, we want to assure you that no additional fees will be charged to your account. For any further questions, you may refer to the updated FAQs available on our website.

 

You’re welcome to voluntarily pay on your previous due date if you’d like to lower your balance ahead of your new statement.

 

You can view your billing date at the top right of your billing statement, as shown in the attached image.

If you’re enrolled in auto-debit, your payments will continue to be processed automatically on your current due date. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your auto-debit account. Once your new due date takes effect, auto-debit will also work seamlessly — no action needed from you.
