Important Update on Remittance

Dear Valued Customer,

 

Please be advised of an update to the remittance receiving options available on the CIMB Bank PH app.

Effective March 31, 2026, claiming international remittances using a reference code or Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) will no longer be available.

 

Following this change, remittances sent through partners that require customers to enter a reference code / MTCN in the app to claim the funds will no longer be supported.

 

Customers may continue to receive international remittances directly into their CIMB Bank PH account through supported remittance partners and bank transfer services.

 

To view the list of available remittance partners and step-by-step instructions on how to receive funds, please open the CIMB Bank PH app, go to Remittance, and select Receive Money. Alternatively, you may also check the URL below.

Please inform your remittance senders of this change ahead of the effective date to avoid any inconvenience.
